Norvan's Awards

Norvan recognizes the many hours that each and every volunteer puts in to our Squadron. We are all unpaid volunteers and the squadron wouldn't run without everyone's input. In this vein, those who contribute above and beyond are recognized by some special awards that are presented each year. Check out who won what when. Read more...

Norvan's Annual General Meeting - April 21, 2010

The AGM, it's not just another long boring meeting, in fact we keep the boring meeting part exceptionally short under normal circumstances. Then we move on to some nibbles and enjoy the enlightenment of a guest speaker. Join us at Hollyburn Sailing Club on the 21st of April for an evening of casual fun.

See you there are 1930.

Spring Student Graduation and Pub Night - April 27th, 2010

We're switching it up a bit again. We found our last venue to be a bit too noisy for proper festivities, so this year we are trying a new venue for our Spring Class windup. Join us in a priovate room at the Bridge Between Pub and Club for the fun and festivities where we will toast our graduating class on their success and entertain ourselves with plans for the upcoming boating season!

Unless our Socials tells me differently, I'm going to assume a 1930 start time for the evening.

Norvan's Change of Watch - May 15, 2010

We have a date for Norvan's Annual Change of Watch, details will be coming in as our amazing Social's team decides what the event will entail.

Until then, mark May 15th on your calendar and book the evening off. Usually it's cocktails at 1830 and dinner at 1930...but check back to be sure.
